Overview
We embarked on a project to develop Invest East Yorkshire’s (IEY) online resource portal, a pioneering platform designed to catalyse business growth in the region. Our mission was to populate this platform with an extensive collection of complimentary online resources, tailored to support the expansion ambitions of local enterprises. Implementing a user registration system was pivotal, allowing tailored access and personalised notifications of new content through an advanced cache system. The challenge extended to crafting a UI/UX that was not only modern and clean but also user-friendly, incorporating intuitive search and filter functionalities to ensure a smooth navigation experience for all users.
Effortless User Journey
Our objective was to engineer an effortless user journey for the Invest East Yorkshire resource portal, blending modern design with intuitive functionality. By integrating simple filters and a straightforward search feature, we ensured users could easily navigate and access vital resources, thereby creating a seamless, hassle-free experience tailored to their business needs.
Email Notifications
To enhance user engagement with the Invest East Yorkshire portal, we implemented a tailored email notification system. This system alerts users to new resources and updates, ensuring they remain informed and connected. Designed with user convenience in mind, these notifications provide a direct link back to the portal, facilitating continuous learning and development opportunities.
